Frequently Asked Questions
What's included when I book BanyaHouse?
Every session includes access to the wood-fired barrel sauna for up to 6 people plus towels, wool sauna hats, essential oils, and an ice starter. Delivery bookings add full delivery, setup, and takedown of the sauna, firewood, and all essentials. Add-ons include cold plunge, dressing room, chairs, and an on-site attendant. Confirm your specific inclusions when you request your quote.
How much does BanyaHouse cost?
Pricing depends on which package you choose (private group session vs delivered experience), how long you want the sauna running, whether you add cold plunge or an attendant, and where in the region you're located. Call (785) 501-3414 or request a quote through this page and BanyaHouse will send back pricing tailored to your event.
What areas does BanyaHouse deliver to?
BanyaHouse serves the greater Topeka region including Topeka itself, Kansas City (both KS and MO sides), Overland Park, and Lawrence. If your event is in Northeast Kansas or the KC metro, request a quote and confirm your address. Longer-distance deliveries are possible depending on the booking.
When can I schedule a delivery?
Delivery windows are weekdays after 4pm and weekends anytime. This gives you flexibility for evening backyard sessions on weeknights and full-day event coverage on Saturdays and Sundays. Overnight bookings are available if you want the sauna running from evening into the next morning.
How many people can use the sauna at once?
The barrel sauna comfortably fits up to 6 people at a time. For larger events, groups rotate through so more guests can enjoy the sauna and cold plunge combination across the event. Ask about capacity when you request a quote if your group is larger than 6.
What kind of events does BanyaHouse work best for?
Private group sessions with friends and family, corporate wellness activations, wedding weekends, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, athlete recovery sessions, retreats, and multi-day gatherings where you want the sauna available throughout. The delivered experience option is especially popular for parties and retreats where guests can rotate in and out.

Bywater Sauna
Bywater Sauna runs Minnesota-built barrel saunas that travel between Seattle beaches — Alki, Golden Gardens, Lincoln Park, and Leschi Marina — pairing wood-fired heat with direct access to Puget Sound cold plunges. Founder Nate Garberich started Bywater out of the Coldwater Collective community, and the barrel format holds 16 people comfortably so groups get a social sauna experience rather than a cramped one. Twin wood fires keep one end scorching for sauna veterans while the door end runs milder for newcomers. Drop-in sessions run $35-40 per person and memberships are available.
Cold Plunge Florida
Cold Plunge Florida is a mobile sauna and cold plunge company serving South Florida — Wellington, West Palm, Boca, Miami, and everywhere in between. Founder Annika Hansen brings full contrast therapy setups directly to your event, backyard, retreat, or wellness activation. Every booking includes delivery, setup, on-site attendant support, and breakdown. Packages start at $799 for smaller gatherings and scale to full-day corporate wellness activations at $1,499+. Whether you're planning a wedding, athlete recovery day, corporate retreat, birthday, or private gathering, Cold Plunge Florida handles the logistics so you and your guests can focus on the experience.
