Most mobile saunas seat 4 to 8 people, and larger trailers seat 10 to 14. With 15-minute rounds and a short changeover, an 8-seat sauna serves roughly 25 to 30 people an hour. For a bigger company, book time slots by team, or ask the vendor for a second sauna and extra plunge tubs.
What your company will need from the vendor
- Insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI), often naming your company or the venue as additional insured.
- Waivers. A participant waiver for everyone who uses the sauna or plunge. Most vendors have their own.
- Staffing. Hosted staff to run the fire, keep time, and supervise the cold plunge.
- Site details. Where the trailer can park, power or water access, and a place to change.
- An invoice. A clear quote and invoice for your finance team, with deposit terms.
What it costs
Short hosted sessions among vendors we list run $100–$650, and full-day or multi-sauna corporate events are usually quoted per event. As a rough way to compare: a $650 hosted event that serves 30 people works out to about $22 per person.

Frequently asked questions
How many employees can use a mobile sauna in a day?+
An 8-seat sauna with 15-minute rounds serves roughly 25 to 30 people an hour, so a few hours covers a mid-size team. For larger companies, schedule slots by team or book a second sauna.
Do vendors carry insurance for corporate events?+
Many do. Ask for a certificate of insurance before you book, and confirm it can name your company or venue as additional insured if required.
Is it suitable for everyone on the team?+
Most people can enjoy a sauna, and cold plunges are optional. Anyone who is pregnant or has a heart condition or high blood pressure should check with a doctor first, and no one should feel pressured to take part.
