- Welcome party. A relaxed way for two families and friend groups to meet the night before.
- Wedding-day morning. A calm start for the wedding party, finished well before hair and makeup.
- Recovery brunch. The morning after, with a cold plunge for anyone who danced too hard.
- Weekend-long. Drop-off for the whole weekend at a rental property, usually the most sauna time for the money. Weekends run $340–$1,300 among vendors we list.
Get your venue on board
Ask your venue or property manager before you book. They’ll want to know where the trailer will sit, whether a wood-fired stove is allowed, and whether the vendor carries liability insurance. Many venues ask for a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the venue, so confirm the vendor can provide one.
Place the sauna away from the ceremony site, the photo spots, and anywhere smoke from the chimney would drift onto guests, and close to a spot where people can change and cool down.
Why hosted is worth it
At a wedding nobody wants to be in charge of the fire. A hosted rental puts the vendor’s staff on site to keep the sauna hot, manage rounds, help first-timers, and handle the cold plunge, so you and your planner don’t have to. Expect to pay more than a drop-off rental for the staff time.
